Orangutan

I visited Medan and Lake Toba in North Sumatra but did not get a chance to visit the nearby Bukit Lawang Rehabilation Center, Bohorok, North Sumatra.

Met a Japanese photographer before who showed me a photo an orangutan in the tree eating durian - a thorny thick outer skin aromatic fruit.

The world's largest orangutan sanctuary is located at the Sepilok Forest Reserve near Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia.
